OLE Header Corrupted

Hi

I have a Huge problem with ~2000 Excel files, they are got corrupted at the same time, now i cannot open any of them

 

an error appears on screen when opening the file :

 

The file you are trying to open, is in a different format then specified

 

 

I tried several repair tools but non worked.

one of these tools indicate that the OLE header is corrupted.

 

doe's anyone have a solution for this

I've uploaded a one file, if anyone want's to test it.
