هل من طريقة ارسل به نسخة من كل الاميلات الصادرة إلى اميل معين

انا فى حاجة إلى طريقة استطيع بها ان اجعل الاوت لوك يرسل نسخة من كل الاميلات الصادرة إلى إميل معين

فلك الحل

اذا كنت تستخدم outlook office 2007

1- click on tools menu then select rules and alerts

2- click new rule button

3- select the option "check message after sending" then click on "Next"

4- ckeck mark the second line : "through the specific account".

5- click on the blue word "spicific" bellow andthen select your business email.

6- click Next

7- check mark the line: "CC the message to people or distubution list".

8- click on the blue word "people or distubution list" bellow then enter your manager email

9- click next and then done
