send bulk emails by vba excel

Hello brothers,

I need a VBA expert who can support me with sending bulk mail from Excel to Outlook version 365,

Attached Excel sheet as an example, you will find two parties
The first part
Column A: All subject line
Column B: All body Email Message
Column 😄 All Email recipient's
.............................................................
the second part is as below :
Column E: Contains the outlook profile name
Column F: All sender email accounts
Column G: how many emails the Sender's Email Address Outlook will send to email recipients per hour
Colum H: Sender's Email Address outlook accounts limitation { total emails that one sender email account will be sent emails from the whole of email list recipient }

What do I need to function running?
I want Excel VBA run to send emails according to subject lines and message body lines to email recipients according A2 to b2 to c2. the first Part
the urgent point in the second part is Changing Or rotating the Sender's Email Address according to the limitation {Column H}with how many emails will be sent by the sender's email address per Hour (G)
