السلام عليكم ورحمة الله تعالى وبركاته . هذا طلب لوجه الله تعالى انا عندي برنامج للحالة المدنية لاستخراج شهادات الميلاد . ولكن انا لم استطع صنع التقرير المناسب بحث يجب ن يكون التقرير يحتوي على المعلومات نفسها التي تحويها الوثيقة الرسمية لشهادة الميلاد. وكذلك الترتيب نفسه للمعلومات ولتسهيل الامر انا واضع في المرفقات صورة عن الشهادة وعن المعلومات فيها . بحيث يحتوي التقرير على المعلومات المكتوبة بالخط الاحمر في الصورة فقط اما المعلومات بالخط الاسود في موجودة مسبقا في الثيقة الرسمية . اي اننا نملئ الفرغات فقط . للعلم ان مقاسات الورقة هي: عرض 20.5سم طول27 سم وكيف يمكنني ان احول التاريخ من ارقام في الجدول الى حروف في التقرير ( اظنها عملية التفقيط) رجاءا ساعدوني . والله لا يضيع أجر من احسن عملا. النموذج + الصورة.rar

والان وش رايك في خانة البحث اللي اضفتها واذا عندك اي اظافة فلا تبخل علي ارجوك وانا الان احاول كيف اظهر كل قائمة كل ابناء الجد . لكن اين الخطا في معادلة البحث التعديل.rar

هل تعلم ان النموذج الاول هو الافضل لما ؟ لان النموذج الاول يظهر قائمة ابناء الجد وقائمة الاحفاد في صفحة واحدة وهذا يختصر التنقل بين الصفحات. ثم ان نموذجك الاخير فيه خطأ وهو انه لايذكر كل ابناء الجد بل يظهر ابنا واحدا فأين الابناء الاخرين . اما عن طريقة البحث فأنا اظنها طريقة قديمة جدا وكان من الافضل لو وضعت خانة وبها معادلة البحث لكان افضل . عموما جزك الله خيرا وكثر الله من امثالك ولولاك ماكنت توصلت الى حل لمشكلتي . جزاك الله خيرا وحفظ لك والديك .

السلام عليكم عذرا الى كل الاساتذة والاخوة الكرام والله وربي عالم انا ما قصدت شي لما وجهت الكلام لك لكن انا وجهته لك لاني لاحظت انك مهتم بطلي ولاشيء اخر . اما الاساتذة الاكرام والاخوة الاعضاء فأنا اكرر أسفي للمرة المليون . * انا كنت عايز اخلق في النموذج خانة للبحث برقم شهاد الجد وخانة للرقم شهادة الجد وتاريخ ومكان الميلاد

لقد قمت بكا ما قلت لي ونجحت الف شكر نموذج 1 لكن بقي فقط لم تظهر ابدا في شاشة البحث او ادراج البيانات كل المعلومات التي كتبتها في الجدول. لماذا؟ اما في النموذج رقم (2) لقد حاولت ايضا اظافة خانتين الاولى لتاريخ ميلاد الجد والثانية لرقم شهادته ولكن لم انجح فهل تساعدني ؟ كما اني لم اجد في تبويب التنسيق ما يساعدني على زيادة ارتفاع النموذج فهناك العرض فقط.

اخي انا جربت طريقة الحذف والتكبير والتصغي وما نجحت ما اعرف وين الغلط .. رجاءا انا في النموذج رقم (1) قمت بملئ الجداول كما ترى في النموذج لكن هذه المعلومات لم تظهر ابدا في شاشة البحث او ادراج البيانات فما السبب . كما اني اريد التخلص من شاشة الترحيب نهائيا ولم انجح . اما في النموذج رقم (2) فانا اريدك ان تساعدني في تكبير جحم العرض ان تضيف اليه ازرار الغلاق والتضغير والتكبير وان يكون مطاطي قابل للسحب والتكبير والتصغير ... ولقد حاولت ايضا اظافة خانتين الاولى لتاريخ ميلاد الجد والثانية لرقم شهادته ولكن لم انجح فهل تساعدني ؟ ـــــــــــ1.rar 2.rar

ايضا اريد التخلص من شاشة الترحيب وجعل حجم ورق ادراج البيانات اكبر لانه صغير وانا اريد تعديله كما ان صفحات ادراج البيانات والبحث وغيرها لا تحتوي على زر للتكبير ولا لأغلاق فارجو اضافتها

يا سيدي ابو خليل أنا لم استطع التعديل في الجداول لماذا . ارجوك انا مجرد مبتدئ اشرح لي الطريقة التي تتعامل بها مع الجدول وكيف تصنف الجد والاب والابن انا حاولت ولكن اختلطت الامور واصبح ابن هذا يظهر عند اب هذا واب هذا يظهر عند جد هذا اختلط الحابل بالنابل ثم هل يجب ان يكون رقم aid هو نفسه رقم الشهادة .
